Relate Lancashire and Cumbria work with individuals, couples, families and a variety of organisations to offer relationship education in a number of ways. For example we have run:

Moving Forward workshops with those recently split from partners and looking to make a fresh start

Taking Charge workshops which focus on creating self esteem – often run in conjunction with Surestart and Women’s refuges

First Impressions a course for reception staff Basic Counseling skills – an introductory course aimed at those who work with those needing support
